Accuracy
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied is complete and accurate.
Payment verification
The organiser may request a clearer or corrected proof of payment. A rejected payment does not create a confirmed registration or an accounting income record.
Programme information
Event dates, venue, speakers and detailed schedules will be published only after confirmation and may be updated by the organiser.
